By downloading Sorphel or creating an account on the Selfsimilar portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Age Requirement & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase plan top-ups or create an account. By using Sorphel, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. License Grant & Single-Device Usage
Selfsimilar grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Sorphel client software on a single personal workstation. Shared credentials, account distribution, or multi-device login spoofing violates this agreement. Sorphel enforces a hardware UUID lock, logging out conflicting concurrent sessions automatically.
3. One-Time Orders & Fair-Use Minutes Quotas
Sorphel plan purchases are processed as non-recurring, one-time credit top-up orders (not recurring auto-renewing subscriptions). All plans are subject to transcribed minutes limits (measured in 0.1-minute increments). If quotas are exhausted, co-pilot features suspend until additional minutes are purchased via the User Dashboard. Attempted proxy endpoint scraping, brute-forcing, or rate limit circumvention will result in instant account ban.
4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Reverse Engineering
The layout, stealth features, loopback bypass logic, and Electron client code of Sorphel are proprietary property of Selfsimilar. Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or modifying client binaries to bypass usage limits or authentication is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
"AS IS" Service: Sorphel is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI-generated responses.
User Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that your usage of Sorphel is entirely at your own risk and discretion. Selfsimilar shall not be liable or responsible for:
- Any decisions, outcomes, or results arising directly or indirectly from your usage of the software.
- Inaccuracies, errors, delays, or hallucinations in AI-generated outputs or live transcriptions.
- System performance issues, software incompatibilities, background process conflicts, or network interruptions.
- Actions, restrictions, or policy enforcement taken by any third-party platforms or software during your usage.
Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Selfsimilar, its officers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Selfsimilar's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to your usage of Sorphel shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by you to Selfsimilar in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to liability.
6. Termination & Suspension
Selfsimilar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sorphel at any time, with or without notice, in the event of material breach of these terms, fraud, security violations, or unauthorized commercial resale.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sorphel following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
9. Standard Boilerplate Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Selfsimilar regarding Sorphel.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
- Force Majeure: Selfsimilar shall not be liable for performance delays or failures resulting from causes beyond reasonable control (including cloud infrastructure outages or network telecommunications failures).
